This Class is a fun fitness that will work your whole body with minimal impact and always a soft landing. Working out for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds, working different muscles.This workout will leave you feeling great.

Body conditioning, by definition, looks to provide a cardio workout and increase your aerobic fitness at the same time as toning and strengthening all the body’s muscle groups. It is one of the best classes available to improve overall fitness! Body conditioning can be adapted to your current fitness level, so that you always get a good workout whether you’re a complete beginner, or a class veteran.
Exercises which condition and tone the legs, bum, tummy and upper arms are included, as are exercises which raise the heart rate and condition the heart and lungs, meaning that body conditioning strengthens the muscles you can’t see, as well as those that you can.
