Body conditioning provides a cardio workout and increases your aerobic fitness while toning and strengthening all the body's muscle groups. It's one of the best classes available to improve overall fitness!
Exercises which condition and tone the legs, bum, tummy and upper arms are included, as are exercises which raise the heart rate and condition the heart and lungs.
All participants must wear bounce central approved grip socks. Socks can be re-used so remember to bring them on your next visit.
